Your fine dining camp oven dinner overlooks the vast Lake Argyle from a private lookout. Soak in the ambiance of a Kimberley sunset as it transforms into a star-lit sky, the perfect setting for your 3 course gourmet dinner.
All dishes are created with an emphasis on flavour and freshness using a combination of locally sourced produce and bush tucker.
Enjoy a potato rosti and local-caught barramundi stack cooked over the coals. Seasoned with native pepperberry and saltbush and served with Ord Valley tomatoes, a balsamic glaze, a lemon and Kimberley honey drizzle, freshly blended herbs and Ord River lime.
Crispy skinned pork belly slowly cooked in the camp oven and smoked over Indian Sandalwood embers. Served with an apple and cinnamon sauce, basil infused damper and the Kimberley salad (kapok, chia, melon, mint and rocket, all sourced from the Ord River Valley, with a Kununurra lime dressing).
The specialty dessert is a warm Ord River rum and chocolate brownie. Served with vanilla bean ice cream, salted caramel sauce, wild rosella and dusted with powdered boab.

Dinner is served with a complimentary Matso's alcoholic ginger beer and live music is played throughout the main course.
Chilled water is served throughout the experience. BYO eskies and drinks are welcome - please note, ice is not provided.
If you are booking a child, please bear in mind that this is a long table sit down event. If there is a chance your child will not be able to remain happily at the table for the duration of the event then please reconsider joining us for this experience.

Cancellation fees: 3.5% charge once booking is confirmed, 50% charge from 7-3 days of departure and 100% charge within 48 hours of departure.
